Our programming includes intensive care management supports for families and adults, Crisis Stabilization programming,Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) for individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness, Child First for young children and caregivers, integrated co-occurring Intensive Outpatient treatment, individual and family therapy, medication management (including MAT), peer support, supported employment / housing, and holistic recovery services for mental health and substance use disorders.

Position Summary

The Masters Level Behavioral Health Clinician provides comprehensive, person-centered therapeutic services to adults in community-based settings as part of Paragon Behavioral Health Connections Enhanced Adult Services team. This position focuses on supporting individuals with complex behavioral health needs through evidence-based interventions, collaborative treatment planning, and integrated community support.

Clinicians conduct psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, develop and update treatment plans tailored to client goals, and deliver a range of therapeutic interventionsincluding individual, family, and group therapy. They are encouraged to work at the top of their licensure, incorporating modalities such as CBT and DBT to help clients build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and enhance their overall well-being.

Job Details

$60,000 - $75,000 per year for provisionally licensed staff (LPCC, CSW. LSW, LMFTC)
