As a HubSpot Platinum Partner, we're expanding our HubSpot practice and looking for a HubSpot Developer who's passionate about creating powerful integrations that connect business systems and unlock data potential.
What You'll Do
- Design and build custom HubSpot integrations connecting CRM to external systems and databases
- Develop custom HubSpot applications, custom-coded workflows, and automation solutions using HubSpot APIs
- Create and maintain data synchronization between HubSpot and third-party platforms (ERP, marketing tools, e-commerce, etc.)
- Build custom HubSpot modules, templates, and CMS solutions for client websites
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing HubSpot integrations for performance and reliability
- Participate in client discovery sessions to understand business processes and integration requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, strategists, and designers to deliver comprehensive HubSpot solutions
Requirements
2-4 years of software development experience with 1+ year of HubSpot developmentStrong proficiency with HubSpot APIs (CRM, Marketing, CMS, Conversations)Experience building HubSpot custom objects, properties, and workflow automationKnowledge of JavaScript / Node.js and Python for API integrations and serverless functionsUnderstanding of PHP / Laravel or C# / .NET for backend system integrationsExperience with REST APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization patternsHands-on experience with HubSpot CMS and HubL templating languageKnowledge of database systems (SQL / NoSQL) and data modelingStrong communication skills for client-facing work and technical documentationPreferred
Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)HubSpot certifications (Developer, Solutions Architecture, or Platform certifications)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for integration hostingKnowledge of common business systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Shopify, etc.)Experience with middleware platforms (Zapier, Make, MuleSoft, PieSync / Operations Hub)Frontend development skills (HTML, CSS, React / Vue.js) for custom HubSpot modulesUnderstanding of marketing automation, lead scoring, and sales funnel optimizationMinimum Physical, Mental, and Environmental Requirements
