CNC Programmer - $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Velosity CMD is searching for a CNC Programmer on 1st shift to support our Forest Lake, MN location. The CNC Programmer is responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs used to operate precision machinery in manufacturing processes.

This is an on-site position.

• This role is eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus. Agency candidates and internal candidates are not eligible for this bonus.

The typical pay range for this role : $27.81-$41.71. This role is also eligible for our 5% target bonus program.

This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.

Protective Clothing Required :

When in certain locations of the facility, eye and ear protection are required. Closed-toed shoes are also required in certain locations.
