Position Summary :

Schwickert’s Tecta America is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. Our HVAC-R Service / Install Technician   are individuals who are skilled and wanting to grow within their career. This position involves performing HVAC-R system troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair work on commercial HVAC-R systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• HVAC-R system troubleshooting and repair of units.
• Installation of commercial HVAC-R systems, ductwork, specialty equipment and start up.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of commercial HVAC units
• Ensure compliance with all applicable HVAC codes and maintain a safe work environment.
• On Call duties as required.
• Additional duties as assigned.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will use hands, have to talk, and hear. The employee is also required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
