A company is looking for a Director of UX & Product Design.

Key Responsibilities :

Own and optimize the core funnel experience, including landing pages and checkout flows

Create a lightweight design system and establish best practices for UX and visual consistency

Rapidly design and ship new landing page and funnel variants while applying A / B testing frameworks

Required Qualifications :

6-10+ years of experience in UX / UI design, eCommerce funnels, and conversion rate optimization

Proven track record in designing and testing high-converting landing pages and digital funnels

Strong understanding of direct-response design psychology and user flows

Expertise in Figma, prototyping, and lightweight design systems

Experience building and leading small, high-impact design teams is a plus
