Transform Labs is a 30-year-old U.S.-based software engineering firm seeking a hands-on Engagement Manager to lead client relationships and oversee successful delivery of digital product implementations. This role blends client strategy, project coordination, and customer successyou'll guide clients through every stage of the engagement while ensuring our teams deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables across concurrent engagements.
• Lead client onboarding, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Cultivate strong, loyal client relationships built on transparency and trust.
• Understand each client's business goals and align delivery to those outcomes.
• Identify growth opportunities and help shape business proposals and quarterly reviews.
• Collaborate with internal developers, designers, and strategists to ensure milestones are met.
• Manage escalations and resolve blockers quickly to keep projects on track.
• Oversee client managed services and support agreements.
• Plan and maintain product roadmaps and delivery schedules in Confluence and Jira.
• Monitor project health, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication through collaboration tools and progress reports.
