A company is looking for a Client Service Manager (Real Estate).
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day client support and maintain accurate client information
Manage account files and ensure accuracy of account information for policies and billing
Leverage technical knowledge to facilitate timely carrier quotes and assist with inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service and / or claims management experience -OR- High School degree / GED with 3+ years of experience
Property and Casualty License
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Appropriate licensing as required
Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships preferred
