Residential Program Manager

A company is looking for a Residential Program Manager to lead and manage energy efficiency programs in Michigan.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver successful energy efficiency programs to utility clients according to contract terms and budgets

Manage and mentor a team, setting performance standards and fostering effective delivery teams

Develop and maintain partnerships with subcontractors, community groups, and industry stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

5+ years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Interest in sustainability and making a meaningful impact on the environment

Technical knowledge of residential and multifamily energy use or building science
