JOB TITLE : Brand Design Lead
LOCATION : New York, NY (100% onsite)
DURATION : 6 month contract
PAY RANGE : $112 - $122 / hr
TOP 3 SKILLS :
5+ years of experience required,(8+ preferred) of brand design experience, with a multidisciplinary background in brand identities, systems, digital channels, and art direction.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is required.
Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to align diverse stakeholders and senior leaders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Work collaboratively and iteratively with Marketing, Brand and Product Design teams to develop strategic design solutions.
Craft high-quality brand systems, assets, and presentations.
Partner with Program Managers to ensure efficient design processes and timely delivery of all design work.
Key projects :
Lead the development of the brand's first Partnership & Activation Guidelines.
Support iterative design sprints and create strategic presentations to align cross-functional teams on brand identity element updates.
Collaborate closely with strategy to develop directional concepts, framework, and visual direction of Brand Image Library.
Requirements
Candidates should have at least 5 years of brand design experience, with a multidisciplinary background in brand identities, systems, digital channels, and art direction.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is required.
Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to align diverse stakeholders and senior leaders throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred qualifications include 8+ years of experience, motion design skills, and familiarity navigating complex organizations.
