Job Description
Professional sales position supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. Responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and expansion. Partners with GM to manage Team Members. Requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, sourcing from various channels including special orders, FDO, and second sources. Must direct drivers for timely and accurate deliveries. Full-time position.

Essential Skills
Prior Experience
Minimum 3 years in automotive parts, with proven sales ability and team leadership experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Certifications
ASE certification preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
Must be able to walk, stand, lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Must have good vision and dexterity.
Work Environment
Primarily indoor work, with occasional outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise. Moderate noise level.
Position eligible for sales commission based on performance.
