Commercial Carpenter Duties include, but are not limited to :

• Framing : May be responsible for constructing the framework of commercial buildings. This includes building walls, floors, and partitions using wooden structural components such as guardrails, handrails, blocking, shoring, temporary walls, beams, studs, trusses, and joists.
• Maintenance and Repairs : Commercial carpenters may be responsible for inspecting and repairing existing wooden structures, fixtures, or components in commercial buildings. This includes assessing damage, replacing, or repairing damaged materials, and ensuring structural stability.
• Safety and Compliance : Following safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment. You adhere to regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance throughout your carpentry work.
• Ability to manage your time efficiently, meet project deadlines, and coordinate your tasks with other workers to ensure smooth progress.
