Position Overview :
Our Client is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to support operations in the Jacksonville, FL area.
Salary Range : $80,000 – $100,000 annually, plus commissions

Key Responsibilities :
Stakeholder Engagement :
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders
Ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the duration of each project
Project Execution :
Follow OSHA and environmental safety standards, fostering a safety-first culture
Conduct regular site visits to oversee quality, safety, and compliance
Coordinate with the Project Director for resource planning, material procurement, and labor management
Secure necessary permits and manage building inspections to meet regulatory requirements
Customer Experience :
Communicate openly and promptly with customers, addressing issues professionally
Exceed expectations by delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget
Operational Duties :
Document project progress and provide regular updates and reports
Collaborate with the Project Director to monitor and manage project budgets
Ensure proper project closure and readiness for final invoicing
What You Will Bring :
2–3 years of experience in construction and / or restoration (required)
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to interpret scopes of work, blueprints, and related documents
Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills
A valid driver’s license aligned with company standards
