Job Description

The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. As a Community Manager, you will manage all phases of the operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Personnel Management : Use consistent techniques & company directives to screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff
• Financial Management : Achieve the highest possible net operating income through the implementation of effective cost control and revenue & leasing improvement
• Strategic Leasing Management : Develop yearly marketing plan and utilize marketing strategies & systems
• Administrative & Maintenance Management : Ensure all administrative & leasing reporting is accurate, complete, and submitted on a timely basis

At Asset Living, a variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to : skill set, background and training, certifications, etc. Our employment offer is accompanied by additional compensation associated with our comprehensive total rewards package.

Salary Range : $42000 per year to $47000 per year
