Key Responsibilities

Forecast, measure, and validate performance payments for external client partnerships

Manage financial reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of results

Evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement while ensuring compliance with internal controls

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in financial modeling

5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry

Proven ability to thrive in a subjective environment

Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting

Proven ability to handle pressure of multiple high-priority dealings
