Job Description

Techtronic Industries Power Equipment, a subsidiary of TTI, has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English & Spanish
• High School Education or equivalent
• Minimum one year, TTI customer service, call center, or closely related field with in-bound call experience
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to communicate well with callers using a clear, well-modulated voice
• Ability to professionally handle irate callers and high-stress situations
• Excellent phone skills
• Ability to satisfy consumers and end users with minimal management intervention
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; Access would be a plus
