Key Responsibilities
Answer high volume of calls and assist members with plan questions and mail-order pharmacy requirements
Maintain accurate records and profiles for patients, ensuring confidentiality and effective communication
Collaborate with pharmacy staff for follow-ups and ensure timely completion of tasks while meeting call center goals
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of previous customer service experience
Basic proficiency in MS Office : Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to multitask efficiently and manage competing demands
Experience with telephone and office equipment
