Vendor Consolidation Analyst

Remote (U.S.-Based) | Contract |   $125 / hr (based on experience)

Drive IT governance, vendor alignment, and operational readiness across a multi-organization integration initiative. The Vendor Consolidation Analyst will oversee coordination between internal teams and external partners to ensure streamlined systems, processes, and cost efficiencies.

Position Overview

The Vendor Consolidation Analyst plays a strategic role in optimizing vendor relationships during enterprise integration. You’ll manage governance frameworks, track cost synergies, and align stakeholders across IT, procurement, and operations to ensure smooth Day 1 and Day 2 transitions.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and lead IT Integration Management Office (IMO) governance and cadence

Drive strategic planning and vendor consolidation initiatives

Oversee integration budgets, cost tracking, and synergy realization

Manage cross-functional coordination across multiple workstreams

Support stakeholder communications, retrospectives, and executive reporting

Requirements

Required Qualifications

10+ years in IT program management, vendor management, or business systems analysis

Proven experience in enterprise integration, governance, and strategic planning

Strong analytical and communication skills with experience managing cross-functional teams

Proficiency with Asana, Smartsheet, Confluence, and Google Workspace
