General Summary

This position leads the company's treasury and corporate finance functions, focusing on capital structure optimization, liquidity management, and M&A support during a period of rapid growth. It requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in treasury operations, capital markets, and financial risk managementideally within a public company in the construction or infrastructure sectors.

Essential Accountabilities

Capital Structure & Liquidity Management

Develop and execute strategies to optimize the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing.

• Oversee daily cash management, forecasting, and liquidity planning to support operational and acquisition needs.
• Manage relationships with banks, bondholders, and rating agencies to ensure access to capital on favorable terms.

Mergers & Acquisitions

Partner with executive leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities aligned with strategic growth goals.

Treasury Operations

Direct all treasury functions including cash positioning, borrowing and bank relationships, debt covenant compliance, interest rate risk management, and investment oversight.

Strategic Planning & Financial Leadership

Collaborate with the CFO and Strategy and Corporate Development team to refine and execute the company's long-term financial strategy.

Base Salary Range : $286,801.00 - $430,203.00. Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
