Agency Manager Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the agency, including sales, customer service, underwriting coordination, and claims support.
• Supervise and mentor producers and customer service representatives (CSRs), ensuring performance goals are met.
• Implement processes and workflows to maximize efficiency, client satisfaction, and compliance with carrier / industry standards.
• Monitor agency performance metrics (premium growth, retention, loss ratios, and profitability).
