About the Opportunity

As the Community Relations Director , you'll serve as the face of Red Cedar Lodge — connecting families, referral partners, and the greater Lansing community to a place residents are proud to call home.

You'll be responsible for :

• Developing and executing an effective marketing and sales strategy to drive occupancy and brand awareness
• Building strong, trusting relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources
• Managing leads and move-ins through the CRM system to ensure a seamless experience
• Collaborating with the Executive Director and leadership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
