The ideal candidate will contribute to a variety of infrastructure and development projects, playing a key role in ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the survey and design process.

Required Qualifications :
Graduation from high school or equivalent
1-2 years of computerized design and drafting experience; or a relevant education or training.
Auto CAD 3D experience
Preferred Qualifications :
FEMA Elevation Certificate experience is a plus!
Surveying experience
Your responsibilities as the Survey AutoCAD Technician / Drafter will include :
Create and manage accurate computerized drawings for surveys, mapping, and construction projects using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
Prepare design plans, specifications, and plats from field notes, sketches, and survey data for residential, commercial, and specialized surveys.
Apply knowledge of algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and surveying principles to perform precise calculations and measurements.
Collaborate effectively as a team player, supporting colleagues to meet deadlines and project goals.
Interpret and apply legal descriptions and surveying terminology to ensure compliance and accuracy in all drafting work.
