Job Description
The Office of the Provost is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Faculty Affairs Program Manager . In this role, you will work closely with the Vice President and Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs (VPAFA) as part of a highly professional team dedicated to supporting faculty throughout their careers.
This is a dynamic, in-person role that requires discretion, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to provost’s office leadership, colleagues across the university, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless support and advancing the priorities of faculty affairs.
Program & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for the VPAFA, fielding calls, managing communications, and prioritizing emerging issues requiring coordinated response.
