Join to apply for the Guest Advocate role at Target. This position supports guest service, checkout operations, and store experience across the total store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist with their needs.
• Engage with guests to resolve concerns and answer questions; solve issues using knowledge of tools, products, and services.
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities, and events; explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Educate guests on using the Target App and features such as Wallet; assist with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Handle returns following store policies and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours; comply with safety policies and reporting of hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up, and related duties while ensuring compliance with applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage laws where relevant).
• Other duties as required based on business needs.
