Oregon Licensed Clinical Supervisor

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor - OR - LPC or LCSW - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Provide supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians, including weekly group and individual supervision

Maintain a clinical caseload of 15-25 client sessions per week

Oversee documentation and coaching on professional and clinical development of resident clinicians

Qualifications

Active license in good standing, residing in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah

At least two years of experience beyond initial licensure for LPC or LCSW

Completion of required supervision training and continuing education

Competence in the clinical areas and populations served by the associate

No dual or conflicting relationships with the associate being supervised
