This position involves administrative work of moderate difficulty for a regulatory board, supporting the licensing and regulatory processes for professions or occupations. The role includes evaluating licensure and certification applications, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and procedures. The employee will communicate with applicants, stakeholders, and internal personnel to support the mission of the regulatory board.
Job Responsibilities :
Review applications for licensure, certification, and permits for completeness, accuracy, and eligibilityRecommend acceptance or rejection of applications based on established laws and policiesProcess renewals and reciprocity requestsIssue licenses and other official documents for authorized practiceEnsure accurate record-keeping of licenses and financial transactionsRespond to public and applicant inquiries, including complaints and information requestsCoordinate scheduling of examinations and board meetingsMonitor examination procedures and ensure applicants are informed of resultsMaintain and update licensing databasesPrepare reports and maintain documentation for board reviewCollaborate with supervisors and peers to discuss findings, resolve issues, and ensure accurate reportingMay assist in monitoring investigations or disciplinary processesOnly those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.Benefits :
