Responsibilities

• Define, monitor, and audit data governance policies, processes, and procedures; report findings of audits and Data Governance metrics to leadership.
• Define and implement policies and procedures for the day-to-day operational and administrative management of systems and data, including the intake, storage, processing, and transmission of data to internal and external systems.
• Build and maintain data governance policies, playbooks, processes, and procedures for guiding various data management processes including data security and privacy, data quality control, and data dissemination activities.
• Establish data quality metrics and requirements including defining the values, ranges, and parameters that are acceptable for each data element.
• Establish procedures for detection and correction of data quality issues; collaborate to establish policies, procedures, and internal controls affecting the quality of data.
• Establish guidelines and protocols that govern the proliferation of data to ensure that privacy controls are enforced in all processes.
• Define policies and procedures for access to data including the criteria for authorization based on role and / or the individual.
• Build workflows using Collibra Core APIs and integration of Collibra with other systems using REST APIs and Elastic, MuleSoft, and Spring Boot.
• Design, deployment, and administration of the Collibra Linux Server Cluster Environment.
