Experience with Loan IQ or similar tools such as AFS, ACDS, Flexcube, or Flexpay. Strong mathematical skills, including manual and formula-based calculations. Process trades and manage lender / borrower communications. Handle financial transactions such as advances, interest, and principal payments. Reconcile accounts and review documentation for accuracy. Proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving processes and tools. Support business execution and interact with client personnel on a wide range of information. Introduction
Join a dynamic team in a role that bridges operations management with wholesale and syndicated lending. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within the Member Services and Loan Trading teams, where you will play a key role in processing trades, managing lender / borrower communications, and handling various financial transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly on a W2 basis.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial loan servicing or equivalent experience through work, training, or education.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Math, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with account numbers, rates, and dates.
- Proficient in Excel for handling reconciliations, interest accruals, and fees.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a proven ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
