Role : Hypercare Lead
Location : Remote Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
8+ years of experience in IT program management, service delivery, or application support.
Proven track record in managing Hypercare / Go-Live stabilization phases for large-scale ERP, SaaS, Cloud, or enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of ITIL practices, incident / problem management, and change control processes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or equivalent ticketing and monitoring platforms.
