Property Associate

A leading commercial real estate services company is seeking a Property Associate to join their on-site team in Cambridge, MA. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (with occasional flexibility for early vendor meetings) and offers $33 / hour.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable functions.
• Track administrative expenses and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Manage lease documents, notifications, and filing systems.
• Respond to tenant requests via email, phone, and work order systems.
• Coordinate office operations, mail, meetings, events, and building access.
• Ensure certificates of insurance are accurate and up to date.
• Support audits, budget preparation, vendor contracts, and reporting.
• Assist with tenant onboarding, move-ins / outs, and general property team support.
