Job Title : General Laborer -

Job Description

We are looking for individuals who are open to overtime and flexible with their shift schedules. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep and assemble products according to specifications.
• Comply with HACCP-plan and food safety requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Ensure cases and pallets are configured safely and according to standards.
• Maintain a scheduled production flow to meet team business goals.
• Exhibit regular and consistent punctual attendance.
• Notify management of any potential food safety or quality issues.
• Handle standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• Understand written and verbal policies, guidelines, specifications, and safety standards.
• Work overtime as required, even on short notice.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule based on production needs, with starting times that may vary by up to 2 hours.
• Perform basic math skills.
• Operate manual and automated processing equipment.
• Communicate to management about any work-related or personal issues.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Perform other duties as required.

Available Shifts :

Monday - Friday 8 PM - 4 : 30 AM

Monday - Friday 1 PM to 9 : 30 PM

Monday - Friday 11 AM to 7 : 30 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
