Restaurant Manager Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of recent restaurant management experience (Assistant Manager, General Manager, or similar)
- Background in a scratch kitchen / fresh food concept preferred
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations , including P&L management, inventory control, and scheduling
Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities :
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 10–20 restaurant staff dailyDrive sales growth by developing and expanding outside catering businessOversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operationsEnsure exceptional guest service and maintain brand standardsActively manage labor and food costs to meet profitability goalsRestaurant Manager Benefits :
