Job Description Please note : this role is remote-first, but will need to travel to Hagerstown / Frederick, MD area frequently. Candidates must be within a reasonable driving distance (preferred) or willing to relocate.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Sr. Program Manager! You will direct all phases of client programs, from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, implementation and performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinate the preparation of business plans, work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms / conditions of contract. Ensure the development process is congruent with current market trends, program goals, and client needs. Act as the primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and performance. Develop new business or expands the product line with the client. Analyze problem / opportunity areas of assigned programs and evaluates options. Evaluate performance and makes recommendations on marketing actions. Establish milestones and monitors adherence to program plans and schedules, identify program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Determine the profitability and viability of new products or program enhancements. Develop strategies and tactics to ensure effective program performance relative to market opportunity, working closely with company functional groups over the entire life cycle. Direct the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative areas.

For this exciting career opportunity, you're a great fit if you can Manage one large program (typically $5-10m annual revenue without incentives); Contribute to or lead contract creation and executes contracts for compliance and client satisfaction; Direct and coordinate multi-function teams typically consisting of 10-30 people; Direct people management, including other program managers, with span of control for 2-5 people, plus contractors (ACWs); Lead process & tool improvement; May create technical content & intellectual property.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have Relevant work experience within the C&I Energy Efficiency realm; 8+ years project management; 5+ years people management; Bachelor's degree, MS or MBA preferred.

Target Compensation $145,000-155,000, plus bonus

Compensation Range $107,900.00 - $161,900.00
