Project Manager / Estimator – Site & Heavy Civil Construction

Overview :

RZ Contracting and Land Pro Solutions are established site development and heavy civil construction companies serving the Mid-Atlantic region. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager / Estimator who is well-versed in project scheduling, planning, and estimating for heavy civil and site work projects. The ideal candidate will have both field and office experience, capable of managing projects from pre-construction through completion with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for earthwork, utilities, grading, paving, and related scopes of work.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and reliable pricing.
• Perform plan and specification reviews to identify scope gaps, value-engineering opportunities, and project risks.
• Lead bid preparation, budget development, and assist with change order management.
• Monitor production, cost, and schedule performance, and generate project reports as needed.
• Participate in internal and client meetings to support project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Maintain organized documentation for estimating, procurement, and schedule tracking.

Location :

Mid-Atlantic Region — primary operations in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey. 4 days onsite in Glen Mills, PA. 1 day remote.
