Client Services Manager

A company is looking for a Client Services Manager, Paid Media (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Account Managers, providing mentorship and strategic oversight for successful campaign delivery and account health

Develop strategic relationships with mid- to senior-level client stakeholders to deepen partnerships and drive growth opportunities

Oversee revenue forecasting, account-level resourcing, and team utilization to ensure profitability and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

10+ years of direct experience in DTC-omni-channel marketing

5+ years of experience managing performance marketing scopes for enterprise clients

6+ years of experience managing or mentoring team members

Strong working knowledge of ad platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred
