Duties and Responsibilities :
Develops proposals and quotations for service based on customer’s desired scope.Upon PO receipt manages all scope and scheduling updates and or changes until job completion and final invoice.Collaborates with the Company’s sales force, principal personnel, and customers to serve as the key representative on all services. This includes daily customer contact by phone, email or texts.Will work with other department personnel to determine and schedule best suited technician based on customer scope and demand.Earns customer trust, builds relationships and increases the customers’ dependency on our products and services by consistently providing the most cost-effective repair, upgrade or replacement. Delivers the solution on schedule.Defines Field Service Technicians’ scope of work plus required materials and tools to dispatch technicians. Prepare field service technicians to meet customers’ on-site repair or diagnostics expectations.Manages the entire repair documentation process by maintaining customer job files including detailed repair history, quotations, purchase orders, change orders, materials usage, and / or labor delivered.Reviews and approves invoices for service to meet Company and customer requirements.Optimizes the sale of Company inventory.QUALIFICATIONS :
Education / Knowledge :
High school diploma or equivalent.Valve, rotating equipment product knowledge preferred.Experience / Skills :
7 + years sales and service experience in industry served and working with same or similar products; a combination of education and experience will be accepted.Strong information management skills, including personal computer skills.COMPETENCIES :
Good written and verbal communication skills and the demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate with a cross section of other employees, principals and customers.Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and other employees.
