Job Description

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project scopes and budgets. Analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing and industry trends. Assist in developing bid proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Manage pre-construction processes, including subcontractor selection and negotiations. Track and report on project costs to ensure budget adherence. Support the development and implementation of standardized estimating procedures.
