We are hiring a Dispatcher IV to join the team(s). The current shift start time is 7 : 30am w / flexible start times as necessary. Working Monday Friday; overtime as required.

Responsibilities :

• Assists the site management to comply with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, completing documentation and records as required.
• Partner with leaders and drivers on compliance items as well as customer transactions.
• Supports general transportation operations.
• Coordinates more complex route plans and delivery requirements with fleet teams and drivers.
• Follows instructions to operate and maintain basic transport equipment.
• Tracks and organizes truck maintenance with local provider.
• Maintains truck and route files for DOT compliance, IFTA compliance, company compliance as well as driver personnel files and keep them in compliance.
• Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Range : $15.00 - $30.54

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
