The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Emergency Dispatcher to join the team in Mesa, AZ. The Emergency Dispatcher will lead and oversee complex emergency or service requests and dispatch resources appropriately while monitoring requests, documenting pertinent information, and dispatching resources.

Position Responsibilities :

• Completes emergency or service requests and dispatches resources appropriately
• Receives and monitors requests, documents pertinent information, and dispatches resources
• Provides dispatch instructions for emergency or service requests for Security or Fire
• Answers to non-emergency calls for assistance
• Enters, updates, and retrieves information from a variety of computer systems
• Participates in after action reviews and other quality control methods
