Primary Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Receptionist
- Receive and enter lead calls and job referrals (FNOL)
- Perform excellent customer service
- Receive general phone calls and greet visitors
- Document calls for weekly call log report
2. Dispatch and Pending Follow-Up
Dispatch lead calls and job referralsTrack pending lead calls and job referral follow-upAnalyze dispatch report3. Schedule Tracking and General Administration

Entry level position previous receptionist / customer service experience preferredExperience in service industry environment a plusOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all timesPolite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skillsAbility to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situationsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailVery self-motivated and goal-orientedAbility to multi-taskCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentCompetent typing skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary softwareHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to successfully complete a background check and drug test subject to applicable lawHours
