Pay Range : $45,000 – $120,000 / year (base + commissions)

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant at Re-Bath , you'll play a vital role in helping customers transform their bathrooms into stunning, functional spaces. You'll engage with clients in our showroom, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that bring their vision to life. Using your communication and interpersonal skills, you'll present products, negotiate terms, and close deals that exceed expectations.

Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and the growth of the Re-Bath brand, making this an ideal opportunity for someone driven, personable, and passionate about home improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and consult with customers to understand their remodeling goals and design preferences
• Present and explain product options, pricing, and installation processes clearly and professionally
• Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, POS systems) to manage leads, track client communications, and process sales
• Prepare and present accurate quotes and proposals to customers
• Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain lasting relationships to drive repeat business
• Collaborate with installation teams and project managers to ensure smooth execution of sales
• Represent Re-Bath at trade shows, local events, and client site visits as needed
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current with new bathroom design trends
