Key Responsibilities

Develop operational infrastructure and compliance framework for local operations

Build relationships with key stakeholders in the German clinical trials ecosystem

Required Qualifications

4-6 years in market expansion, business development, or operations roles in healthcare or technology

Proven experience launching new products or markets with measurable success

Healthcare or life sciences background with understanding of clinical trials

Experience in building teams, processes, or market presence in competitive environments

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field
