Jim Coleman Infiniti and Nissan is seeking an experienced Internet Sales Manager who is energetic, positive, and possesses great people skills to join our team. This role is hands-on, and involves working leads, making phone calls, setting appointments, managing CSI for both Infiniti and Nissan, and training sales staff among other things. Candidates should also have a verifiable track record of profitability, market share performance, and above average CSI to be considered for the position.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper follow-up of all prospective buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a CRM system
- Establish delivery procedures and monitor performance and execution
- Ensuring that e-leads are handled timely, answering questions, providing information and ideally setting an appointment for a visit to the store
- Manage the follow-up with e-leads to assist them as needed through their research phase until ready for vehicle purchase
- Ensure Customers are transitioned effectively from phone and internet contact to their in-store experience
- Oversee daily operations of the Internet Sales & BDC department
- Manage and coach a team of sales consultants
- Respond to and follow up with internet leads, phone calls, and CRM tasks
- Analyze buyer behavior and tailor communication accordingly
- Monitor team performance and provide call coaching based on recordings
- Generate and track daily / weekly / monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
