The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Product Development Center (PDC) located in Wauwatosa, WI is home to the mantra – You dream it. We build it. Join our team as a Sr Design Engineer - Exhaust.

Job Summary

The Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for supporting motorcycle development programs from initial concept to delivery for exhaust systems / components. This role helps deliver Harley-Davidson's world class sound while meeting world-wide noise and tailpipe emissions regulations. They will be a technical resource for a team of engineers and designers, as well as other departments including Manufacturing, Service, Styling, Purchasing, etc. They will be very hands-on with team members, other System and Platform teams and departments to ensure that projects meet time, quality, cost and weight requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional team to deliver exhaust systems from concept to production
• Introduction of new technologies into Life Cycle Plans
• Follow and support engineering best practices and guidelines for design of products
• Ensure exhaust meets all requirements for great rider experience, regulatory compliance, and durability
