What You’ll Do :

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations of the store.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching team members.
• Oversee daily shift operations, labor management, and scheduling.
• Help manage inventory, merchandising, and store conditions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local / federal laws.
• Step in as acting manager when the General Manager is away.
