Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services while managing inbound and outbound calls
Process orders, verify documentation, and complete insurance verification for patient eligibility
Document call information and facilitate resolution of customer complaints while meeting quality assurance metrics
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of relevant experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
Two years of work-related experience required for senior level positions
Experience in a Medicare certified environment is preferred
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plan methodologies is advantageous
