Overview

We are seeking motivated developers at multiple levels (Associate, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President) to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications with a focus on cloud-native, full-stack, and big data solutions .

Our environment leverages Google Cloud Platform (GCP) extensively, including services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, DataProc, Kubernetes (GKE), and PostgreSQL . You'll contribute to backend, UI, and data engineering components, while ensuring scalable, cost-effective, and production-ready solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver high-quality, defect-free code for assigned user stories
• Work within Agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning and daily standups
• Implement Behavior Driven Development (BDD) for clear, testable code
• Contribute to CI / CD pipelines , ensuring continuous delivery and production stability
• Automate repetitive tasks and optimize processes for efficiency
• Collaborate with distributed teams to design and implement scalable solutions
• (For senior roles) Mentor junior developers, establish design patterns, and drive end-to-end solution design
• Participate in the "build it, own it" model - taking accountability for applications from design through production support
