About the Role
We are looking for a skilled startup leader with experience supervising masters-level therapists. You have experience working collaboratively across disciplines as well. You are familiar with our patient population : adolescents and transitional aged youth with Medicaid who have recently been discharged after a psychiatric hospitalization.
You will oversee, supervise and support the development and growth of each therapist as they deliver care to patients and families. At Flourish, every patient is regularly seen and engages with a psychiatrist, therapist, patient advocate and case manager. Each of these disciplines has a team lead. You will be the team lead for therapy.
You are an experienced and skilled people manager. You build teams up. You approach feedback directly, compassionately, and as a coach. You will be comfortable providing the structure for safe patient care in the environment of a growing startup.
