We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

Google Display Ads (GDA) is a $xxB business that powers the free and open web, enabling advertisers to reach customers beyond Google O&O inventory to connect with xx% of the global internet population across millions of websites, videos, and apps. This unmatched scale and campaign flexibility allows advertisers to use GDA for brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and online sales. As the Senior Product Manager for GDA Inventory Quality, you will be the lead for a highly visible and critical strategic pillar for the Google Display Ads business. You will shape / develop our overall business' strategy for Inventory Quality, balancing high-performance and scale with brand-safe, "quality" inventory that advertisers would want to serve into.

We're made up of multiple teams, building Google's Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
