About the Role
Fieldguide is seeking a talented and versatile Brand Designer to join our growing Marketing team. This execution‑driven role is central to elevating the creative impact of our content across channels, shaping how we show up in the market visually and experientially. Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Marketing, this designer will collaborate cross‑functionally to bring Fieldguide’s brand to life through high‑quality, consistent, and scalable design across campaigns, assets, and touchpoints.

Brand Stewardship & Systemization
Contribute to the evolution and enforcement of Fieldguide’s visual identity and style guideBuild and maintain a scalable asset library and brand design systemTemplatize common formats to drive consistency and efficiencyProvide design counsel and creative direction across corporate marketing programsCross‑Functional Collaboration
