Pay Rate : $14.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Mon : 04 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM

Sat : 04 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM

Sun : 04 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter of the industrial location to help to deter unwanted activity.

Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related hazards encountered during patrols.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized personnel.

Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, visitors, and client representatives as needed.

Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 21 years of age.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
